Terms of Service

Welcome to CompeteHub. By downloading, installing, or using the CompeteHub application ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. About CompeteHub

CompeteHub is a social game-tracking application that allows users to track scores, manage competitions, view leaderboards, and optionally live stream game sessions. The App is developed and operated by Uniqueness for Online Selling ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in the United Arab Emirates.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use CompeteHub. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

3. Your Account

• You may sign in using Apple Sign-In or Google Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• You agree to provide accurate information when creating your profile (display name).
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Upload offensive, defamatory, or inappropriate content (including memes and display names)
• Attempt to exploit, hack, or reverse-engineer the App or its backend services
• Impersonate other users or misrepresent your identity
• Use automated bots or scripts to interact with the App
• Abuse the live streaming feature to broadcast content that violates YouTube's Terms of Service
• Circumvent rate limits, security measures, or access controls

5. Fair Usage

CompeteHub is designed for personal and social game tracking. To ensure a reliable experience for all users, we reserve the right to:

• Impose limits on the number of groups, games, API requests, or other resources you may create or consume
• Throttle, rate-limit, or temporarily restrict access for accounts that place unreasonable or disproportionate load on our systems
• Suspend or terminate accounts engaged in automated, abusive, or excessive usage patterns

We will make reasonable efforts to notify you before taking action, but reserve the right to act immediately where necessary to protect the Service or other users.

6. User-Generated Content

You may create content within the App, including custom memes, display names, group names, and live stream broadcasts. You retain ownership of your content, but grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, display, and transmit it as necessary to operate the App.

We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms or is reported as inappropriate, without prior notice.

7. AI-Generated Content

CompeteHub offers AI-powered features that generate content on your behalf, such as memes and visual assets.

7.1 Free AI Features

Content generated using our free AI tools may be used by CompeteHub for promotional purposes, in-app examples, marketing materials, and service improvement. You retain the right to use, share, and delete this content within the App. By using free AI features, you grant CompeteHub a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute such content for the purposes described above.

7.2 Paid AI Features

Content generated using purchased credits or as part of a paid subscription is solely yours, subject only to the general license in Section 6 (storage, display, and transmission necessary to operate the Service). CompeteHub will not use paid-tier generated content for promotional or marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

7.3 Availability

AI-generated content may be removed, modified, or become unavailable due to changes in our AI providers, content policies, or service updates. We do not guarantee the perpetual availability of any AI-generated content.

8. Live Streaming & YouTube Integration

CompeteHub allows you to live stream game sessions to YouTube. When using this feature:

• You must have a YouTube account with live streaming enabled
• You are responsible for the content of your live streams
• Your use of YouTube is also subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy
• You may revoke CompeteHub's YouTube access at any time via Google Security Settings
• We do not monitor or control the content of your live streams

9. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions

• CompeteHub offers optional in-app purchases including Pro subscriptions, AI credit packs, and content packs (themes, memes, sounds, badges)
• All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's terms
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your device's Settings under Apple ID → Subscriptions
• Refunds are handled by Apple per their refund policy
• We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice

10. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which explains what data we collect and how we use it. By using the App, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, features, and branding, is the intellectual property of Uniqueness for Online Selling. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App without our written consent.

12. Third-Party Services

CompeteHub relies on third-party services to operate, including but not limited to cloud hosting providers, authentication services, analytics platforms, payment processors, and AI providers. We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, data handling practices, or discontinuation of any third-party service. Your use of features powered by third-party services is also subject to those providers' terms and policies.

13. Service Availability & Modifications

13.1 No Uptime Guarantee

We do not guarantee any specific level of availability, uptime, or uninterrupted access to the Service. The App may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

13.2 Right to Modify or Discontinue

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service — including features, content, pricing tiers, or the App itself — at any time, with or without prior notice. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes, but are not obligated to maintain any particular feature or service level.

14. Data Accuracy

While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee the correctness, completeness, or timeliness of scores, rankings, statistics, leaderboards, or any other data displayed within the App. Game data depends on user input and system processing, both of which may contain errors. CompeteHub is not liable for decisions made based on data shown in the App.

15. Disclaimer of Warranties

CompeteHub is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of harmful components.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Uniqueness for Online Selling shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or interruption of service, regardless of the theory of liability.

17. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay results from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, war, terrorism, pandemics, government actions, power outages, internet or telecommunications failures, third-party service outages (including cloud providers, Apple, Google, or YouTube), cyberattacks, or any other event that could not have been reasonably foreseen or prevented.

18. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Uniqueness for Online Selling from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the App or your violation of these Terms.

19. Termination

19.1 By Us

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violation of these Terms, abusive behavior, or any other reason at our sole discretion.

19.2 By You

You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device. To request deletion of your account data from our servers, contact us at privacy@competehub.app.

19.3 Inactive Accounts

We reserve the right to delete accounts and associated data after 12 months of inactivity. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you before doing so using the contact information associated with your account.

20. Dispute Resolution

You agree to attempt to resolve any dispute with us informally by contacting support@competehub.app before initiating formal proceedings. You agree to resolve disputes with us on an individual basis and waive any right to participate in a class action, collective action, or representative proceeding against Uniqueness for Online Selling.

21. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving its original intent.

22. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App or by updating the date at the top. Your continued use of CompeteHub after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

23. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the UAE.
