How do I create or join a group?

To create a group, tap the "+" button on the Groups screen and follow the steps. To join an existing group, ask the group admin for the invite link or QR code, then open it on your phone.

How do I start a game?

Open your group, tap "New Game", choose the game type (like Dominoes or Table Tennis), set up the players and rules, then start playing. The app tracks scores for you.

Can I use CompeteHub on multiple devices?

Yes. Sign in with the same Apple or Google account on any iPhone or Android phone and your groups, games, and stats will be there.

How do I cancel my subscription?

On iPhone: Settings → tap your name at the top → Subscriptions → CompeteHub → Cancel. On Android: Google Play → your profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → CompeteHub → Cancel. Your plan stays active until the end of the billing period.

How do I request a refund?

Refunds are handled by Apple or Google. On iPhone, visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, find the CompeteHub purchase, and request a refund. On Android, follow the Google Play refund steps.

How do I delete my account?

In the app, open your profile and tap Delete Account. This closes your account, unlinks you from your player names in your groups and signs you out everywhere; your past games stay in each group's history. To have your personal data erased from our servers too, email us at privacy@competehub.app. See our Privacy Policy for details.

The app is crashing or not working properly

First, make sure you're running the latest version from the App Store or Google Play. If the problem continues, email us at support@competehub.app with a description of what happened and your device model.

Is my data safe?
